This was without a doubt the best used car lot experience I have ever had. The vehicle I came to see was in the shop getting the windshield replaced when I came to see it, and they did NOT pressure me into any of their other vehicles but let me test drive several others in the interim. My wife and I drove away and did some shopping and came back to see the car we wanted when it got done and they made it happen in just a couple hours. Within the first week, I had a brake issue which turned out to be a bad seal on a new caliper, and instead of telling me it's my responsibility or to deal with the warranty company, they had me bring it back and they gave me a loaner while they fixed it straight up, no questions, no paperwork, no hassle. What a breath of fresh air, a local operation with good people who did the right thing when it mattered to the customer! Thank you, truly.

Sold me a Chevy Silverado high country. when I got home I had a check engine light, which was the catalytic converters being bad. Called city of first auto about it and they were very helpful. And wrote me a check to help me pay for it. Wonderful customer service right there!!

I can’t say enough good things about Brandy and City of First Auto. Our credit wasn’t the greatest but she worked her butt off not only getting us approved but getting us the best deal we didn’t think was possible. This is the first time we’ve bought a car and didn’t feel like they just wanted to get a quick sale. I would recommend them again and again!

Purchased a 2000 Lincoln. Needed a number of repairs but that was accounted for in the price. Very satisfied. Fair price, great service. Painless car purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Brandy and Omar are TERRIFIC! The nicest and easiest two individuals I’ve ever done business with. I have never had car buying be such a simple and perfect experience! I have 4 kids and that can be difficult when trying to shop for a car but it was far from time consuming and they were more than accommodating in making my dreams come true! I have terrible credit, and when i say I’ve tried everywhere... I have! I had put in an application months ago and never followed through because at the same time everyone else was just unable to help! I’d say I regret it, but I don’t only because I ended up with a perfect vehicle and I think it was just the right timing! Anyways, thank you so much to both of you and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I’d recommend city of first auto to anyone looking to buy!
