Sold me a Chevy Silverado high country. when I got home I had a check engine light, which was the catalytic converters being bad. Called city of first auto about it and they were very helpful. And wrote me a check to help me pay for it. Wonderful customer service right there!!

I can’t say enough good things about Brandy and City of First Auto. Our credit wasn’t the greatest but she worked her butt off not only getting us approved but getting us the best deal we didn’t think was possible. This is the first time we’ve bought a car and didn’t feel like they just wanted to get a quick sale. I would recommend them again and again!

Brandy and Omar are TERRIFIC! The nicest and easiest two individuals I’ve ever done business with. I have never had car buying be such a simple and perfect experience! I have 4 kids and that can be difficult when trying to shop for a car but it was far from time consuming and they were more than accommodating in making my dreams come true! I have terrible credit, and when i say I’ve tried everywhere... I have! I had put in an application months ago and never followed through because at the same time everyone else was just unable to help! I’d say I regret it, but I don’t only because I ended up with a perfect vehicle and I think it was just the right timing!
